University Orthopedics currently offers two convenient Providence locations, as well as offices in Newport, Johnston, and East Greenwich. Please select the office you would like to visit, or click on your location on the map to see a list of doctors who practice in your area.

Directions to our office at 2 Dudley Street in Providence:

From the North: Take exit 19 on I-95S, Eddy St. , and go to the end of the ramp. At the end of the ramp, go right through traffic lights. Then take a right onto Dudley Street at the next set of traffic lights. The main entrance is on left side. Parking is available in the parking garage whose entrance is underneath the new Emergency Department on the left.

From the South: Take exit 18 on I-95N, Thurbers Ave., bear left at the end of the exit and go through one light onto Thurbers Avenue. At the next traffic light, take a right onto Eddy St. Travel for approximately 1 mile, and take a left onto Dudley St. Main entrance is on your left side. Parking is available in the parking garage whose entrance is underneath the new Emergency Department on the left.

From the South: Take exit 24 on I-95N, Branch Avenue. Take a right off exit to first light, North Main St. Take a hard left at light to first light at Rochambeau Avenue. Take right and follow straight through two lights to Blackstone Blvd. Hospital entrance is across from Rochambeau Avenue.

From the North: Take exit 24 on I-95S, Branch Avenue. Take a left off exit to first light, North Main St. Take hard left at light and follow to first light at Rochambeau Avenue. Take right and follow straight through two lights to Blackstone Blvd. Hospital entrance is across from Rochambeau Avenue.

From 195 (West): Take exit 3 on I-195W, Gano St. Take right off exit to first light, Pitman St. Take right onto Pitman St. Take a left onto Butler Avenue. Stay on Butler Avenue, which becomes Blackstone Blvd. Hospital entrance in one mile on right.

*Once you enter the campus, take your second left. This will bring you into our parking lot.

Take I-95S to exit 8, Quaker Lane/Route 2

Bear right at fork and merge onto Route 2 South

Go straight through one set of traffic lights and Greenwich Medical Center and Office Park will be ahead about ½ mile on the right.

From the South on I-95N

Take I-95N to exit 8A, Route 2 S

Merge onto Route 2 S, and go straight through one set of traffic lights.

The Greenwich Medical Center and Office Park will be approximately ½ mile ahead on the right.

From the South on Route 4

Take Route 4 N to exit 8B, East Greenwich/Division St/Route 401

Merge onto Division St./Route 401, go straight through two traffic lights, approximately ½ mile.

Turn left at the third light onto South County Trail/Route 2.

The Greenwich Medical Center and Office Park will be approximately 1/3 mile ahead on the right.

From Fall River:
Follow 24 South onto Route 114 South (West Main Road), continue for approximately 8 miles until intersection of Friendship Street and Broadway (Newport Hospital on left). At intersection take a left onto Friendship Street, follow past Newport Hospital Emergency Room entrance to next large parking lot (Borden Carey Parking). Dr. Maher's office is located on the 3rd floor of the Borden Carey Building, suite 340.

From Newport Bridge:
Take first exit (Scenic Newport) off Newport Bridge and bear right. At first traffic light, turn left onto Van Zandt Avenue, continue to second stop sign and turn right onto Broadway. At the next traffic light take a left onto Friendship Street, follow past Newport Hospital Emergency Room entrance to next large parking lot (Borden Carey Parking). Dr. Maher's office is located on the 3rd floor of the Borden Carey Building, suite 340.
